- Coordinate program activities to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Clients and program teams to maintain schedules and meet milestones.
- Assist in developing program management processes and tools.
- Facilitate communication within the program team and with stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and program documentation.
- Maintain accurate program documentation and reports.
- Analyze program data to provide insights.
- Monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness.
- Address risks and issues associated with programs.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on financial record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with tax credit programs and regulations.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and organize program-related events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Property Management experience is a plus.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass LIHTC Specialist certification course within the 1st month.
- Prior experience in operations coordination or project management is advantageous.
