Responsibilities

Develop daily weekly schedules GSE Painters PM teams.
Coordinate event setup team plan PM activities meeting spaces.
Liaise kitchen chefs weekly review repair needs ongoing projects.
Maintain timely effective resolution HOTSOS tickets review daily ensure effective resolution prepare rooms PM team each morning inspect completed PM rooms ensure quality readiness conduct public spaces input necessary work orders perform property grounds walks identify report repair needs review manage Guest Commits Out-of-Order room lists order supplies teams complete inventory check ensure supplies maintain fire life safety protocol upload proper documentation schedule hood cleaning semiannual communicate culinary team manage allocation P&L approve payroll daily EOAA Disabled Veterans
