    What You Get To Do Every Day:

    • Establish formalized FP&A function responsible for preparing concise and insightful analysis into monthly results and KPI's and for leading the completion of the quarterly forecasts and the annual budget.
    • Design and implement FP&A tool to help automate financial analysis tasks and reporting; implement data collection and integration strategies to optimize efficiencies and data quality.
    • Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast updates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
    • Prepare financial reporting including business analyses, financial statements, KPI reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, and comprehensive executive level explanations of differences.
    • Build and maintain a long range dynamic financial model to provide in-depth analysis around critical strategic decisions and their anticipated impact to profit margins and free cash flow.
    • Partners with the executive and divisional leadership teams to help translate business strategies and objectives into financial goals and outcomes.
    • Create a culture of FP&A excellence where the function is viewed as a strategic partner on financial matters, providing guidance and assistance to all functional groups as needed.
    • Recommend and deliver process improvements and enhanced analytics to drive strategic decisions in support of OuterBox's growth targets. Elevate and scale processes and systems for forecasting and modeling in order to expediently provide financial guidance, support strategic product and growth investments, and drive financial decisions.
    • Effectively communicate work product(s) with individuals at all levels of the organization (through email, phone, web conference, video conference, and in-person presentations). Answer to any questions that may arise regarding the data and/or analytical methods and assumptions used to build the work product.
    • Develop and maintain detailed records documenting procedures, methodologies, and sources of information
    • Provide support to the CFO regarding ad hoc data and reporting needs.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

    This is a remote work opportunity with limited travel obligations, which requires demonstrating a level of dedication and commitment to being self-driven and accountable.

    What You Bring To The Role:

    • Minimum 8 years professional experience in financial planning and analysis
    • Minimum 3 years leadership/management experience
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to interpret and summarize data to aid management in achieving strategic and operational goals.
    • Effective influencer and thought leader to help drive key business decisions and initiatives by partnering closely across teams and functions.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions and recommend proactive corrective actions.
    • Must be a self-motivated, proactive individual who can work independently as well as within a team setting; eager to take on new and challenging assignments
    • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Requires close attention to detail, ability to audit work to identify issues and implement processes to prevent errors.
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; MBA or CPA desired
    • High energy; a can-do attitude when challenges occur
