    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    The Territory Sales Manager is a truly exciting new addition to the Upper West Coast region (Seattle, WA and Portland, OR) and will involve travel to actively cultivate prospects to achieve new business revenue targets, including developing relationships, assessing business needs, account management (farming), financial modeling, negotiating, and closing new accounts.

    The Territory Sales Manager will employ a consultative sales approach where the customer's needs are the basis for the sales dialogue.

    WHAT YOU'


    LL DO:
    Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities within your region

    Manage, promote and sell guest mobility, secure storage solutions and guest experience products to prospective customers in the leisure and entertainment industries (theme, amusement parks, waterparks, family entertainment centers, zoos, aquariums, and resorts) through a relationship-based, consultative sales approach

    Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets

    Travel throughout the territory, meeting new prospects face to face

    Acts as a brand ambassador to represent VENU+ in a positive light, increasing brand awareness and sales

    Conduct cold calls (telephone and in-person) to acquire new customers

    Analyze the territory/market potential and determine the value of prospective customers

    Create financial models to analyze business potential (opportunity)

    Manage and create required financial and performance reports

    Develop clear and effective written

    proposals/quotations

    for prospective customers

    Develop and present proposals to potential customers

    Supply management with verbal and written reports on customer/prospect needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

    Participate in local and national trade shows, events, and conventions as required

    Assist our service team with installations of new equipment products & solutions when required

    Assist with certain manual tasks during installation and maintenance visits as required

    Extensive travel throughout an assigned territory

    WHAT YOU'


    LL BRING:
    5 years progressive work experience in B2B sales and relationship management

    Successful B2B sales experience and relationship management experience preferred

    Possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in written form

    BS/BA in business or business discipline

    Proficient in Microsoft Office products

    Strong organizational and leadership skills

    Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills

    Ability to work independently and with minimal direct supervision

    Excellent time management skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks

    MUST currently live in the sales territory-Oregon City
