    Grayscale Investments is currently looking for an application engineer to join our dynamic engineering team and help expand our Unqork-based applications.

    As an application engineer, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling our technology needs and driving high-impact projects at Grayscale.

    You will be responsible for developing internal facing business applications as well as providing enhancements and support to all our existing applications, onboarding, financials, etc.

    In this role, you will report directly to the Lead Systems Architect and collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.

    This collaborative environment will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside professionals from diverse backgrounds and gain insights into various aspects of the business.


    Responsibilities:
    Become an expert in Unqork's no-code platform
    Work with business end users and product managers to gather application requirements
    Work closely with Systems Architect to design and implement new enterprise applications and application features
    Guide business end users through UAT
    Investigate and resolve application issues, production support
    Collaborate with technology partners to resolve software issues and provide feedback to request new feature implementation

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in engineering, math or equivalent practical experience in technical or engineering field
    Software development experience coding in a general-purpose programming language
    Understanding of SDLC
    Understanding of Agile Methodology
    Understanding of REST APIs
    Resourceful, analytical and enjoy solving complicated problems

    Preferred :
    Experience working in a regulated industry and/or Financial Services
    Interest in digital assets/distributed networks and how they will reshape global finance
    Automation testing frameworks (Playwright)
    Experience in development on any No/Low-Code development platform especially Unqork
    Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDb, CouchDb)
