Ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Provide end user support and troubleshooting
    • Maintain and administer Microsoft Desktop environment, including setup, configuration, daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
    • Understand and support Microsoft local and cloud-based software like Windows, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
    • Perform software installation including local desktop installation, server installation, LAN/WAN deployments
    • Manage software procurement, maintenance, and audit process
    • Maintain current industry knowledge of development concepts, best practices and procedures for Microsoft desktop, software, and cloud solutions
    • Coordinate the testing and implementation of all changes, repairs, and upgrades

    Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Perform other related duties as assigned
    Required Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field
    • 2+ years of direct Microsoft solution experience

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience with software asset management, help desk ticketing, software deployment
    • Experience with Microsoft stack of software solutions including operating system, Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
    • Experience with Autodesk and Bentley Solutions
    • Experience with Apple Devices
    • PowerShell experience a plus

    Working Conditions
    Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
