    Service Ambassador

    The Service Ambassador plays a pivotal role in creating a warm and welcoming environment in the lobby by engaging with visitors, addressing them by name, and showing genuine interest in their well-being.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Crafting a positive first impression by greeting visitors warmly and addressing them by name
    • Providing essential information to guests and ensuring their needs are met
    • Responding to phone calls with a cheerful and professional tone
    • Making proactive collection calls to prevent accounts from becoming delinquent
    • Answering basic questions about the center and business office, escalating as needed
    • Assisting with daily candidate interview schedules, including greeting incoming candidates and routing them to the appropriate person
    • Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
    • Handling payments at the desk in accordance with policy and procedures
    • Maintaining the Patient Fund Petty Cash box
    • Preparing, copying, and mailing administrative correspondence
    • Assisting with inventory and ordering of office supplies
    • Maintaining business office filing
    • FOLLOWING EMERGENCY PROTOCOL
    • Maintaining confidentiality of all residents' records
    • Reporting instances of abuse or neglect to management
    • Participating in orientation, training, and in-service education, and staff meetings
    • Ensuring completion of mandatory training on time
    • Performing other duties necessary for the successful operation of the center

    Requirements:

    • Able to interact with visitors in a friendly and approachable manner
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Proficiency in computer software, particularly word processing
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • A professional appearance and demeanor
    • Confidence when interacting with diverse individuals
