    ENTRY LEVEL ROLE

    On-the-job training provided.

    SALARY: $17 - $18/hr

    Signing Bonus: $1000 paid after 90 days.

    SHIFT: Nights: 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. (Urgently Hiring) | Days: 7 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.

    SUMMARY:

    In this role, you will be responsible for tending to reactors and performing various essential duties to ensure efficient operations.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following (other duties may be assigned):

    • Weigh and measure specific quantities of various ingredients, mixing them in the proper sequence and proportions.
    • Tend mixing equipment and maintain control over variables such as time, heat, pressure, color, etc.
    • Perform blending, filtration, and drying operations as needed.
    • Conduct tests according to prescribed procedures and specifications.
    • Maintain accurate records of batch information, including time, weight, color, pressure, and heat.
    • Fill drums and buckets as required.
    • Participate in cross-training throughout CASE production.
    • Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
    • Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot and devise solutions to potential issues.
    • Utilize Vantage computer software for standard duties.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    SAFETY TRAINING: Successful performance of this job requires completion of the following safety training:

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience or training is a plus.
    • Forklift experience is advantageous.
    • Must complete all departmental training requirements within 90 days to maintain position.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid driver's license; forklift experience preferred.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondences, and Quality System Documentation. Capable of writing basic correspondence and presenting information effectively.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Proficient in basic arithmetic operations and capable of performing tasks involving weight, volume, and distance measurements.

    REASONING ABILITY: Able to follow detailed instructions and understand problems with concrete variables in standardized situations.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This role requires regular standing, walking, using hands, and occasional lifting of over 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. Compliance with respiratory protection protocols is mandatory; certain conditions may restrict eligibility.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employees may encounter moving mechanical parts, wet conditions, and chemicals. The environment may present moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
