SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Analyzes and coordinates the flow of materials to meet production and shipping schedules from the WPT Bonded Warehouse. Analyzes incoming materials from bonded shipments for immediate withdrawal or storage in bonded warehouse. Coordinates with WPT internal receiving and material handling departments and external brokerage firm for withdrawals from bonded warehouse and bonded shipments. Maintains all applicable bonded warehouse documentation. Maintains and tracks inventory usage associated with specific work orders for duty drawback applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates bonded warehouse withdrawals in conjunction production and shipping schedules.
• Analyzes incoming shipment documentation for demand needs.
• Submits bonded withdrawal documentation to brokerage firm for immediate withdrawal as determined by WPT production and shipping schedule.
• Maintains bonded documentation associated with bonded warehouse for review by Customs and Border Patrol upon demand.
• Analyzes and tracks inventory flow from bonded warehouse to specific work orders for export and duty drawback.
• Helps coordinate bonded export shipments, including end customer final export documents.
• Learns and understands work order generation and work order demand.
• Is a back-up to the Supply Chain Manager for production scheduling and schedule maintenance.
• Assists with export shipment documentation and coordination needs.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

• Report directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Work with all departments such as Customer Service, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales.

EDUCATIONAL OR SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory control, demand planning, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred.
• Experience working with bonded warehouses, customs documentation, or duty drawback processes is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret shipment documentation and forecast material demand.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate bonded warehouse records and documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal departments, external brokerage firms, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Familiarity with export documentation, customs compliance, and bonded warehouse regulations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines and production schedules.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Sitting, standing, stooping, and occasional lifting up to 25 lb. may be required. Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and via email.

• Ability to visually inspect documents and inventory data, including small print and detailed information on shipping and customer forms.
