Store Manager or Sales Floor Supervisor

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, friendly team player with a commanding presence. They will be able to solve problems, take initiative, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the front of store is clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
• Partners with the store manager to complete janitorial tasks when necessary.
• Hiring Table setup and maintenance.
• Conducting walk-in screens and collaborating on hiring events.
• Communicating donation benefits and directing donors.
• Distributing promotional materials and making sales calls to local businesses.
• Creating events to drive foot traffic and tracking results.
• Cleaning up after events and mingling with customers.
• Communicating policies and making eye contact with customers.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to concentrate and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read and write.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 10 lbs., standing 90% of the time.

Estimated Salary Range:

$25,000 - $35,000 per year.
