A Bakery Manufacturer is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to join their team. This position is responsible for maintenance of machinery, bakery oven and general warehouse functionality by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate personnel and under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Leader. Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining and cleaning all production machinery, tow motors, lifts, bakery oven and any other equipment used in the warehouse, and documentation of such as required per SQF standards. Responsible for ordering of all parts needed to maintain machines as well as operate them.

Conducts and or oversees initial set up, maintenance, and repair of warehouse machinery and bakery oven.

Responsible for cleanliness and organization of maintenance cage and the tools

kept within. Independent tool cart must be organized and locked when not in use. No tools or repair parts may be left unattended.

Meets efficiency and accuracy goals.

Maintains accurate records such as equipment inspection and cleaning dashboards and reports, assigned documents, training, incident reports, etc.
