Service Advisor – Join Our Winning Team
Do you love helping people and have a passion for cars? We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Advisor to be the friendly face of our dealership's service department
You'll be the go-to person for customers, making sure they feel confident and informed about their vehicle's maintenance and repairs. If you're great at building relationships, staying organized, and explaining things clearly, this is your chance to shine
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a smile and make them feel at home.
- Listen carefully to their concerns and translate them into clear repair orders.
- Work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure top-quality service.
- Keep customers in the loop with updates and timelines.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services that keep vehicles running at their best.
- Help hit team sales and satisfaction goals by providing honest, helpful advice.
What We're Looking For
- A people-person with great communication skills.
- Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus (but not required for the right candidate).
- Able to multitask in a busy environment and keep things running smoothly.
- Basic understanding of cars and maintenance services.
- Comfortable with computers and service software.
