Job summary
This employee will serve as liaison between the member and the credit union and is responsible for providing account information, opening new accounts,and professionally handling members' daily credit union needs. This employee may also possibly handle all types of requests for new loans.
- Represent the credit union to the members in a courteous and professional manner and provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in the processing of transactions.
- Accurately performs all teller functions including, but not limited to, deposits withdrawals transfers payments processing of night deposit and mail transactions cash advances ,
- Cross sell deposit loan automated services to members complete all necessary paperwork system file maintenance necessary to complete the transaction
