- Customer service oriented
- Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Test drive vehicles after repair and/or ADAS calibrations
- Transport vehicles, tools, and/or customers as needed during repair process
- Vehicleclean up may be required
- Perform other duties as assigned by field leadership
- Desire to learn a skilled trade
- High school diploma or tech school graduate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices,and related technology efficiently
- Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customerfocused vision
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
- Ability to pass abackground check
- Must be able to lift60 pounds independently
- Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
- Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
- Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
- Extensive travel within assigned areais expected
- May have exposure to fumes, dust,and chemicals
- Ability to work in a shop environmentin inclement weather
- Required to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
