    Description

    The Licensed Therapist is responsible for providing direct psychological clinical services to injured workers through multiple modalities. Services include initial assessments, case management, psychoeducation and movement classes, as well as individual and group psychotherapy.

    Salary

    $80,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

    Job Description

    This position requires a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with experience in assessment and treatment of patients with chronic pain conditions. Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly preferred.

    • Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic.
    • Conduct weekly psychoeducational class sessions for individuals attending the outpatient daily Functional Restoration Program (FRP).
    • Provide brief individual therapy to individuals in the FRP and evaluating their clinical progress.
    • Perform assessments and treatment planning for active caseload.
    • Refer to other modalities within the clinic as needed.

    The ideal candidate will have experience leading processing groups and/or psychoeducational groups, as well as familiarity working with chronic pain/trauma populations. EMDR training and an integrated therapeutic approach are also desirable.
