- Coordinate daily operations of the agricultural mechanics' team following established standards and procedures, work planning, and cost management.
- Prioritize workload plan with supervisor based on time and estimated work duration.
- Prepare parts purchase requests.
- Conduct process research to support mechanics.
- Monitor work progress rigorously to ensure timeline and standards are met.
- Communicate any irregularities to supervisor and requestor.
- Validate work completion and ensure proper documentation.
- Inform relevant persons of equipment availability.
- Assist in new employee integration and training.
- Monitor employee performance and report issues to supervisor.
- Address employee problems and enforce disciplinary actions.
