    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a Project Architect to work on various projects within our Architecture Market. The Project Architect will be responsible for managing projects including interacting with clients, managing project personnel and budgets.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    7 – 15 years' experience in architectural design and leading teams

    Professional Degree in Architecture, required.

    Registered Architect, required.

    Excellent written and oral communications skills to articulate technical concepts at all levels.

    Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills to be able to recognize, prioritize, and execute critical deadlines.

    Models a strong work ethic and is enthusiastic about learning and development opportunities.

    LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

    Requires understanding of AutoCAD and Microsoft office with preferred experience in Revit and SketchUp

    Tasks and Responsibilities

    Constructs preliminary layouts and drawings using sketches, field investigation data, and mark-up drawings from architects and designers.

    Researches and investigates existing conditions from fieldwork, records, or other sources.

    Prepares sketches of wall sections, details, etc. to be used in working drawings.

    Coordinates with other disciplines to maintain schedule deadlines and project budget.

    Assists in estimating architectural project costs.

    Provides extraordinary client care and innovative solutions to cultivate and maintain long term relationships.

    Organizes and manages multiple priorities.

    Provides existing condition evaluations/Facility condition assessments and publishes reports to clients as required.

    MUST HAVE

    Bachelor's degree in architecture, required.

    7 – 15 years' experience in architectural design and leading teams

    Registered Architect Licensed, required.

    Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft office.

    NICE TO HAVE

    LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred.

    Experience in Revit and SketchUp.
