    As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be the manager on the floor, orchestrating the operation while Guests are present and ensuring food quality and presentation.

    You will oversee multiple venues and styles of service while ensuring operational compliance with food preparation, food safety, and loss prevention standards and adherence to applicable government health regulations.

    You will exhibit professional excellence and drive performance through table touching, guest interaction, and team member engagement.
    This is a part-time position, requiring at least 3 days of availability a week.
    This position will report to the food and beverage proprietor.

    What You Will Do

    • Manage the daily operations, which includes working with guests and team members
    • Be a teacher and developer, take a sincere interest in your team, and be vested in their success
    • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information to your team members.
    • Participate and provide operational perspective in project planning and line of business departmental meetings.
    • Manage daily staffing levels based on demand.
    • Support local projects and monitor any potential impacts on the guest and team experience
    • Support change, taking calculated risks to integrate processes, removing barriers, and aligning performance goals of the hourly team

    Required Qualifications & Skills

    • 3 years of leadership/managerial experience in the Food and Beverage line of business.
    • Proficiency in basic computer functions necessary to operate in a Windows environment and other technologies
    • Desire to motivate and mentor Cast Members, with the ability to navigate and lead amidst constant change
    • Commitment to diversity and encouraging an inclusive work environment that supports workforce diversity and diverse perspectives
    • Understand the impact of financial aspects of an operation (i.e. operating budget, revenue, labor, inventory systems, food cost)
    • Available to commit to work any day of the week during any shift including weekends, nights, and holidays

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 5 years of leadership/managerial experience in the Food and Beverage line of business.
