IMC is currently assisting the Air Force Material Command's Enterprise Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (EESOH) organization with Development Security Operations (DevSecOps) continuous capability development/sustainment (CCD/S) support for maintaining and enhancing fielded baselines, help desk services, data stewarding activities, and the Enterprise Environmental Safety and Occupational Health Management Information System (EESOH-MIS), which aids in managing environmental, health, and safety risks and costs for the Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard.
Duties / Responsibilities: Key tasks for this role include, but are not limited to:

Engage in full stack development.
Design, develop, test, and integrate system and software changes.
Maintain and improve current capabilities.
Create new capabilities as per requirements.
Enhance and generate new reports.
Conduct code reviews.
Perform unit testing based on acceptance criteria.
Provide auditable documentation.
Integrate AWS services into the EESOH-MIS application.
Actively participate in Jira Stories refinement sessions with the Agile team and Product Owners.
Undertake additional assigned responsibilities.

Basic Required Qualifications and Skills: The following qualifications are mandatory for all applicants:

B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a minimum of five years of development experience.
Experience working in an Agile Development environment.
Expertise in:
- Languages: Java, JavaScript library - ExtJS (Sencha) or similar framework.
- Relational database: Oracle SQL and Oracle PL/SQL
Experience with:
- IaC Ansible tools for scripting
- AWS Linux 2
- Unit Test software
Experience / Familiarization with:
- Jasper Reports / iReport, EclipseLink
- Tools: Atlassian tool suite (Jira, BitBucket)
Strong work ethic, remote team collaboration skills, and effective communication.
Ability to work in diverse teams with a comprehensive understanding of the design process.
Ownership mentality and commitment to performance excellence.
Self-improvement skills to keep pace with evolving trends.
Proficient in organization and time management.
Strong math aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
Applicants must be U.S. Citizens due to government contract requirements.
Ability to undergo a favorable DoD T1 investigation (Formerly known as National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI)).

Desired Qualifications and Skills: The following qualifications are desirable:

Experience with:
- Eclipse IDE, HTML 5, CSS 3, XML, Glassfish Application Server, Docker, Maven, Spring Framework, Jakarta EE
- AWS CLI, YAML, Nginx
