    Job Summary
    DaVita is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role involves delivering empathetic and compassionate care to patients dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide high-quality patient care in an intimate outpatient setting.
    • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
    • Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines.
    • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability.

    Requirements:
    • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice.
    • CPR certification required.
    • IV certification required if necessary by state regulations.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Completed training program approved by the medical director and governing body as required by CMS guidelines.
    • BONENT or CHT certification preferred or required by state regulation.
    • Minimum one year's experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
