is a regional community non-profit serving an eight-county community in Findlay, NW Ohio. We welcome residents, new grads and experienced physicians to consider our special Urology opportunity.
~ Group with surgical and robotics expertise
~ Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
~ Surgical cases at main hospital, critical access hospital and surgery center
~24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
~ No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
~ Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections)
~ Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
~ Four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with da Vinci Table Motion
~ Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers
~ Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
~ Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)
