Colville Pediatric Dentistry is seeking an energetic part-time is Sterile Technician that has a desire to grow with our Colville, WA practice.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for decontamination and cleaning of all equipment and instruments; ensures cleanliness and sterility of all instruments

Accurately assembles instruments sets based on established count sheets; effectively uses materials and supplies while minimizing waste

Appropriately prepares and packages single instrument items, differentiating items requiring steam versus gas sterilization

Stores, delivers, and manages sterile supplies using aseptic technique

Evaluates functioning of equipment; reports malfunction follows through to ensure appropriate repairs are complete and maintenance performed preventing future damage

Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms after each use

Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations

Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

This is a part-time position working Tuesdays and Thursdays

Full-Time hours can be accommodated. This would require working additional days in Spokane. Travel reimbursement will be paid.

Requirements


Qualifications:
Use of dental technology experience

Patient services experience

Excellent customer service and people skills

Quick learner Good problem solving and teamwork skills

Medical / Dental terminology a plus

Must love kids

$ per hour, compensation commensurate with skills and experience.
