    Required Skills:

    Administrative knowledge and high competence executing in LMS systems (Seismic Learning/Lessonly, Docebo) Excellent project management and tracking skills; provide accountability Working expertise of content authoring tools (such as Articulate, Evolve) Experience building out assessments, question banks, question types, quizzes, etc.

    General understanding of Instructional Design principles preferred, but not requiredDuties:
    Organizing content and uploading content to multiple platforms (Seismic Content and Learning, Docebo, and Intellum) for enablement efforts for internal and external customers Guide project planning efforts and content development tracking in Airtable Edit videos (from zoom recordings) and upload them in various learning systems for digestible learning experiences Organize content in Seismic Learning into learning paths, and curriculum for specific internal Mailchimp audiences Load courses and content into Docebo for broad audiences Report on learner participation and completion Set up automated reporting on assessments, participation, and registration for stakeholders Create manager view of ICs through either dashboards or reporting Create learner-facing dashboards, content calendars, badges, and other interfaces and engagement tools for internal academy
