    Job DescriptionJob Summary

    The Child & Family Connection is actively seeking an exceptional Psychologist (PsyD or PhD), who specializes in child & adolescent therapy, to join our team The Child & Family Connection is a growing private practice committed to offering a multi-sensory approach to deliver the highest quality mental health treatment and support for children, adolescents and their families in the Orange County area. We are well-established and integrated into a well-known primary care pediatric office creating the potential for high-volume referrals and immediate career growth. Candidates are eligible for a competitive SIGN ON BONUS based on experience.

    Responsibilities
    • Use evidence-based methods to assess and/or treat children and adolescents
    • Create individualized treatment plans for each client
    • Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming, testing, and therapy goals
    • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
    • Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues and interdisciplinary providers
    • Strong writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills

    Qualifications
    • Doctorate of Psychology (Ph.D., PsyD)
    • Current licensure in the state of California
    • Minimum of one year experience using evidence-based interventions to treat children and adolescents with anxiety, mood disorders, ODD and ADHD
    Preferred
    • PCIT experience
