Heirloom Restaurant Group is a restaurant brand management company with more than 10 brands and continually growing. We are a collection of individuals who care and work together each day to create meaningful experiences.

Responsibilities:

Support Cook for Front Line: prepare additional hot sides on request from line, including mac sets, mashed potatoes, fries, funeral potatoes, loaded fries.

Prep Cook for Day Kitchen : follow recipes with precision to prepare sauces, mains and other recipes for day prep kitchen

Dishwasher : help wash dishes and close kitchen

Deepcleaning : maintain kitchen equipment on deep cleaning schedule under direction of kitchen manager

Pitmaster assistant : pull meats according to schedule and directions in the smoking shed

Quality Control: Inspect food for quality and freshness before it is served; Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet established quality standards; Work efficiently to meet service demands and maintain timely order completion; Prioritize tasks to handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Requirements

Will train the right person; experience as prep cook helpful
Knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

HOURS:

5-9 pm, Tuesday through Friday, 4-9 Saturday
