Job Description

We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform initial evaluations on patients to assess their condition and develop treatment plans

Design and implement personalized treatment programs for patients to improve their mobility, strength, and flexibility

Monitor and document patient progress throughout their treatment plan

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and exercises to continue their progress outside of the clinic

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Stay current with advances in physical therapy techniques and participate in continuing education opportunities

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
