    Description
    Your challenges
    • Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Act as the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Deliver excellent customer service and have a natural ability to problem-solve.
    • Manage high volume incoming order processing.
    • Accurately enter orders into our systems and respond to inquiries from customers and employees via phone, email, and chat.
    • Act with a sense of urgency responding to customers and employees.
    • Creates a high level of customer satisfaction through exhibiting both technical and customer skills.
    • Demonstrates a positive can-do professional image and attitude in front of customers and colleagues always.
    • Help with other duties as needed.
    Your expertise
    • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent phone and office etiquette, including verbal, written and people skills.
    • Ability to communicate status and expectations in both written and verbal formats in clear, complete, concise manner at frequent or as requested intervals.
