    Overview

    We are looking for an Associate Category Manager for Partnerships to join us in bringing consumer-first product to the evolving marketplace. This role will support execution of the partnerships programs of the brand. This role is highly collaborative and coordinates across multiple functions. We are looking for an agile teammate who will exercise excellent project management, communication, & organizational skills to support the product creation process from end-to-end.

    What You'll Do
    • Assisting in the management of brand partnerships SKU set up across systems to ensure they are ready for PO placement on time.
    • Support seasonal milestone meetings, sample management, and team projects as needed.
    • Support the creation of product pitch decks as needed for external meetings.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform brand partnership initiatives.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product development, legal, marketing, and finance to ensure that brand partnerships products meet brand standards and financial goals.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in brand partnerships, applying learnings to continuously improve Crocs' partnership strategy.
    • Track and measure the performance of brand partnership initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future partnerships.
    • Contribute to the overall success of Crocs' brand partnership efforts by demonstrating creativity, critical thinking, and a passion for driving meaningful collaborations.

    What You'll Bring to the Table
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, merchandising or a related field
    • 0-2 years product line management experience (footwear experience preferred)
    • A basic understanding of the product creation lifecycle.
    • Strong organizational skills & time management .
    • Precise attention to detail .
    • Capacity to accept constructive coaching and feedback and implement improvements based on it
    • Ability to think critically and gather information to solve problems
    • Capacity to work cross-functionally & collaboratively with a positive attitude and always upholding professionalism and respect
    • A passion for the product and understanding consumer, culture, market & trends with a distinguished taste and eye for commerciality

    Salary or Pay Range: $50,000-$60,000

    Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

    This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
