Exciting Opportunity for Occupational Therapist (OT) in Kelso, Washington

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at a school in the Kelso, Washington area for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Special Education team. We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate candidate to make a positive impact throughout the school year.

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position / 37.5 hours per week
• Working with TK - 12th grade students
• Handling a caseload of 40-50 students with support from an onsite COTA
• Pay Range: $35- $55 per hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments on students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional capabilities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to incorporate therapy goals in various environments
• Attend IEP meetings to assist in setting goals and strategies for students with special needs

Requirements:

• Active OT License in Washington
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensure from the Washington Board
• Previous school experience is a plus
