As the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary) As an ideal candidate, you will have: High school diploma or equivalent (required)Personal alignment with our core values – Caring, Character, and CollaborationOne year or more of customer service experience and cash handlingStrong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to positively engage with customersAttention to detail, ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.Sales advisory skills to education customers on products and services
