    Job DescriptionThe Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing and matching qualified applicants for all corporate, maintenance and pilot positions.

    This position is responsible for assessing the technical skills of applicants to ensure they possess the skills necessary to be successful.


    Essential Functions:


    Address civic and social groups and attend conferences to disseminate information concerning job openings and career opportunitiesAdvise managers and employees on staffing policies and proceduresArrange for interviews and provide travel arrangements as necessaryContact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selectionEstablish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needsEvaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revision as neededInform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities within the organizationInterview applicants to obtain information regarding work history, training, education, and job skillsMaintain current knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines and laws, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)Perform search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, intranet/internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firm, employee referralsRecruit applicants for open positions, arranging job fairs with various sources availableScreen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations as appropriateMaintain and ensure system records are accurately recorded and crosscheckedSchedule interview sessionsContact new hires as well as applicants not selectedProvide training information, training packet, accommodations, flight information (where applicable)All communications internal/external are courteously and professionally received and returnedMaintain public relations with outside contacts, vendors, and applicantsPhotography skills for internal content use and social media communicationsAll other duties as assignedRequirementsStrong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented.


    Proficient in all Microsoft Products:
    Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint. Ability to work in lean, high pace, decentralized environment. Experience using ADP Enterprise and Recruiting Management preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in problem solving and decision making. Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving processes and the ability to discuss technical experience of applicant. General understanding of Human Resource Management principles, in addition to Federal/ State laws regarding employment practices preferred.

    Ability to travel up to 50%.1- 3 years recruiting experience in a high volume environment and/or related knowledge of technical or airline operations.

    Photography and/or social media communications skills preferred. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred**Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
