    Primary Function:


    This role is responsible for managing and coordinating a cross-functional contract manufacturing team through the complete lifecycle of a customer's product.

    As an operations manager, you will work with our engineering technicians to satisfy clients' needs.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Serves a direct contact with customers and with the internal BU.
    Liaison between customers and operations.
    Team leadership for internal cross-functional teams (NPI, SQM, Production)
    Comprehends customer's expectations as defined in related Contracts, RFQ's, RFP's,
    SOW's, or verbal requests
    Develops cost quotations, as required, for RFQ's, RFP's, SOW's, and verbal requests
    Generates project plan (roadmap/ Gantt chart) with key milestones for the site process
    implementation (initial start-up)
    Communicates Program's Key Business Metrics/ Goals/ Objectives, Implementation
    roadmap, and reporting requirements
    Sets goals and objectives for the Program in collaboration with Customers, Operations, and
    the respective Business Unit
    Execute cost reduction and/or continuous improvement activities to ensure low cost,
    profitable, and high customer satisfaction results
    Monitors Program's financial performance to ensure revenue and profit margin goals are
    attained.
    Monitors Program's performance to customer's expectations and works with Operations
    to correct when deficient
    Works with Operations to develop Corrective Action Plans for business metrics that are
    not achieving minimum acceptable performance and ensuring the Plan is met
    Communicates Corrective Action Plans to customers when performance is below expectations (Proactive versus Reactive in scope).
    Perform other duties as assigned.
    Required Education
    Bachelor Business Management or related degree

    Required Experience
    3+ years of program management experience
    5+ years of operations management
    Experience working independently and as part of a team to solve difficult technical, business, cost, and schedule challenges
    Experience with team building and coordinating
