    Position Summary:
    The Sr. Manager plays a critical role in driving the Straumann Andover Manufacturing leadership team achieving financial and operational objectives. This individual will lead budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring effective internal controls.


    Job Responsibilities:


    This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following : Own the budget process, creating links between the demand plan and the needed manufacturing resources.

    Analyze and report on monthly production variances and absorption ratios.

    Coaches and helps the technical and engineering team to prepare investment request with the supporting analysis on payback, IRR and any other valid financial analysis for capital projects.

    Identify and report on cost improvement projects. Establish and maintain internal control systems and procedures. Help maintain, develop and support the business intelligence software (Dimensional Insight Diver). Work with other key stakeholders to improve workflows, service levels and work instruction or other process documentation.

    Ensure collaboration with other Straumann entities, including Headquarters, towards the development and implementation of new systems, procedures, or other activities.

    Backup person to other logistics/purchasing functions as required. Other duties as assigned.

    Utilize dexterity abilities to perform typing, operate a computer and other office equipment, to perform filing, and related job responsibilities and attention to detail competence.

    Work Environment:
    General office and manufacturing environment. May be exposed to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    7+ years of progressive FP&A, Accounting or Finance experience.

    1+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP system implementation and/or usagePreferred Qualifications:

    MBA a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Well organized and target oriented French and/or German language proficiency Proven project management skills.

    Medical device industry experience, or other highly regulated industry Experience in working within a multi-cultural environment and/or non
