JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A Federal Work Study award does not guarantee a job is available.The College of Engineering Student Support Suite is seeking to hire undergraduate College of Engineering federal work study students for a part-time position for the employee to work in spring 2026 through fall 2026 semesters with an option to continue if feasible. Position will be open until filled.
Job duties:
- Answering phones
- Making appointments
- Covering front desk/greeting visitors
- Filing
- Copying and scanning
- Assisting with distribution of materials at presentations
- Checking in prospective visits
- Assisting with student events
- Compiling information into folders
- Other duties as assigned
This position will be for up to 20 hours per week.
The starting hourly rate for this job is $12.00.Federal Work Study job performance is evaluated either annually or through ongoing mentorship. Students who received a Federal Work Study award have the opportunity to obtain a job and perform related duties either on campus, or remotely, if possible and at the discretion of the employer.
