CNC Mill Set Up Machinist Position Summary:

Are you a skilled
CNCMill Set Up Machinist looking for a challenging opportunity to put your expertise to work on advanced machinery? Our team requires a Machinist who can handle complex projects using Haas vertical/5 axis and DMG Mori horizontal machines.

Join us in producing high-quality, intricate parts made from aluminum, plastic, and steel, showcasing your precision and skill in a diverse range of projects.

Mill Set Up Machinist Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate
CNCHorizontal and Vertical, specifically Haas UMC 750 5axis and Mori DMG Horizontal.
Perform MDI (Manual Data Input) programming for efficient part production.

Conduct manual inspection using gauges and instruments to ensure part quality before submitting to the Quality Department for CMM inspection.

Monitor and inspect parts throughout the machining process.
Follow company quality and safety procedures.
Participate in Lean manufacturing events to improve processes.

CNCMill Set Up Machinist Qualifications/Requirements:
~ Must have 5 years of
CNCMills machine set-up experience
~ Must have Aerospace experience
~Experience working with various materials, such as aluminum, plastic, and steel
~ Experience with manual inspection using gauges and instruments in support of CMM inspection by the Quality Department
~ Capable of handling sensitive and sometimes confidential information.
