    Conducts basic to moderately complex operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit, under the direction of a Sr.

    Bus. Analyst, Bus. Analyst I or immediate supervisor. Key responsibilities include medium to large special projects, quantitative and qualitative research, process design and modification, and report development. Applies standardized tools and techniques. Receives limited mentoring and guidance. 1 to 3 years related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Individuals work on special assigned projects to improve the operations of the Call Center and the ability to effectively and efficiently serve customers.

    " Excellent oral and written communication concise and accurate written documentation is essential. Also required to review internal and external guidance and write company SOPs.

    " Keen attention to detail must be able to spot when processes don't comply with guidance and provide alternative suggestions. Able to read and interpret the details of external guidance and industry regulations.

    " Engage in cross-functional meetings by offering process improvement recommendations, presenting SOP updates

    " Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures

    " Creating training materials and operating manuals

    " Critical/logical thinking able to identify problems but also be able to help provide fresh solutions to ensure efficiency and quality of processes.

    " Interpersonal skills involved in training staff on new processes, also working closely with staff to find and adjust errors in existing processes
