    Description of Primary Responsibilities
    1. Research and Analytics
      • Conducts research and reports on analytics related to marketing trends.
      • Conducts research and reports on competition in the marketplace.
      • Conducts research and reports on Reputation Management.
      • Conducts research and reports on social media and other advertising platform analytics.
    2. Responsible for maintenance of the marketing files.
      • Scans and organizes files and documents to the correct project.
      • Organizes monthly marketing folders to ensure compliance with end of year finance audit.
    3. Supports consistency in marketing and company brand.
      • Prepares marketing reports, including reporting campaign, and social media analytics as directed.
      • Maintains inventory, including archive files of photography, artwork, and videos.
      • Maintains inventory record of marketing giveaways, such as pens, totes, mugs, etc.
      • Utilizes CMS tool to post on social media.
      • Completes minor photography and Facebook live content to support network brand initiatives, newsletters, and social media.
    4. Responsible for maintaining accuracy of FHCN hours, services, and special programs through various platforms.
      • Updates content, news, and press releases, including hours of operation on FHCN's website.
      • Ensures Google listings are current with expansions of new services and health centers.
      • Updates Company monitors to promote internal marketing strategies and employee engagement.
      • Maintains accurate listings of signage at health centers and conducts walk-throughs.
    5. Responsible for assisting the team with department clerical duties and event coordination.
      • Books meeting rooms.
      • Updating task assignments and due dates on
      • Requests quotes.
      • Submits purchase orders.
      • Processes departmental invoices
      • Sends thank you cards to vendors.
      • Processes sponsorships and delivers on sponsorship activation ensuring contract obligations are fulfilled by sponsored parties and marketing requests including sending graphics and giveaways are executed.
      • Maintains current dignitary and community leader databases in Tulare, Kings and Fresno Counties.
    6. Supports Design Concepts.
      • Brings design ideas to the team and executes on designs as directed.
      • Combines newsletter copy with design elements to produce internal and external newsletters.
      • Attends events to photograph FHCN's community outreach.
    7. Communicates well with internal and external individuals to complete.
      • Updates Company on hold message, as directed.
      • Great attention to detail.
    8. Supports all aspects of planning and executing logistics for FHCN Grand Openings and Ground Breakings from inception to completion.
    9. Assists in all marketing strategies related to "The Book Nook".
    10. Performs other duties as assigned.
    Description of Primary Attributes

    Professional & Technical Knowledge:
    1. Possesses work-related skills at a higher level than completion of high school, typically gained though obtaining a bachelor's degree or equivalent through work experience, including formal written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, mathematical, technical or health care related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a trade school, para-professional, or certificate type program.
    2. Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of Public Relations, Marketing, Communications and/or Graphic Design.
    3. Two years of experience in a similar role.
    Technical Skills:
    1. Basic knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite required.
    2. Experience working in WordPress CMS and Hootsuite and/or Loomly software programs preferred.
    3. Photography skills are a plus.
    4. Ability to prepare documents in Microsoft Word including creating tables, charts, graphs and other elements.
    5. Ability to use Microsoft Excel to review and compile data, including the use of formulas, functions, lookup tables and other standard spreadsheet elements.
    6. Ability to create dynamic presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
    Licenses & Certifications: None required.

    Communications Skills:
    1. Job duties require the compilation of information prepared in effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation.
    2. Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.

    Pay Scale:

    Min Hourly Rate: $21.99

    Max Hourly Rate: $30.35
