Responsible for upkeep of equipment and resource materials.
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification:
Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure in Occupational Therapy.
Work Experience: 0 - 6 months related experience.
Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting. Documents understanding and instruction of home programs to patient/family. Presents one in-service yearly to staff & other healthcare workers. Designs adaptive devices, suggests adaptations of equipment, and/or equipment in accordance with patient needs. Follows set guidelines for daily operations in order to assist with administration of department. Is responsible for upkeep of equipment and resource materials. Has input on performance evaluations but does not prepare or give. Works with internal customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff.
