- REQUIRED: A professional degree in Interior Design
- REQUIRED: 2 - 3 years of experience in related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD and/or CET
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute and meet project deadlines
- Must value culture above all else
- Must possess strong technical, creative, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must have strong time-management skills to be able to meet project/task deadlines
- Must value shared success for all team members
- Must be able to provide knowledgeable design input on a range of projects as well as be able to interact effectively with a project team
- Must desire to work collaboratively with others
- Must be willing to assist with the overall effort in meeting client deadlines on all phases of projects and project types
- Must be proficient in developing and presenting finish palettes
- Create functional, attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Support sales team when meeting with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, and renderings) for projects
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
- Must have the ability to work on-site and attend regular project meetings in person, as needed. Flexible remote working eligibility requires 2-3 years of industry experience.
