- The Trainer II supports the delivery of training courses to launch range end users, Team ManTech personnel, and contract personnel.
- The student audience can be located at different physical locations, therefore coordination of video conferencing and managing the travel schedule for trainers to deliver training courses are included in the scope.
- The Trainer II supports the course delivery calendar and coordinates with Government personnel to ensure the training is conducted for the right audience, in the right location, at the right time.
- The Trainer II receives direction from more senior personnel.
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR;
- HS and 8 years of relevant experience OR;
- Associate's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR;
- Master's degree and 2 years of relevant experience OR;
- PHD and no experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)
- Certified Online Learning Facilitator (COLF)
- Candidate must hold a current active Top Secret U.S. government clearance
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
