Grafton is located in the heart of northern West Virginia.Nestled inside of Taylor County, Grafton, the county seat, is centrally located less than 30 miles from Morgantown, Bridgeport and Fairmont, WV.

While many hospitals, especially rural hospitals, are closing because of ever declining reimbursement for the services they provide, Grafton City Hospital continues to get stronger by operating more efficiently and providing excellent healthcare to our community.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the direct and indirect total nursing care of the patient utilizing the nursing process, participated in patient and family education and directs the activities of the ancillary personnel.
Education Requirement:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure Requirement:
Current Licensure as an RN in the State of West Virginia
ACLS certification or the ability to obtain one is required
Experience Requirement:
Medical/Surgical experience preferred.
