    **Elevate Your Nursing Career in the ICU**

    - Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on the Night Shift (4x12-Hour: 18:30 - 07:00).

    - Embrace the challenge of caring for critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.

    - Work with a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring high-quality, personalized care.

    - Gain experience in specialized areas, including:
    - Neuro Intensive Care Unit
    - Surgical Intensive Care Unit
    - Acute Stroke Management

    - Master essential skills such as:
    - External Ventricular Drain (EVD) management
    - ICP monitoring and post-neurosurgery care
    - Advanced cardiac and respiratory monitoring

    - Float to various units including Medical-Surgical, Stepdown, PCU, ER, and CVICU, with a maximum of 4 patients while floating.

    - Enjoy flexibility in scheduling with options for 36 or 48 hours per week and 6 weekend shifts per schedule period.

    - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes:
    - Physical Therapy
    - Respiratory Services
    - Social Services
    - Rapid Response Teams

    - Work in a state-of-the-art unit with 32 beds dedicated to adult patients.
