    Roadmaster Drivers School is currently looking for a dedicated individual to join the team as a Placement Specialist at their Orlando, FL campus. What You Will Get:

    Responsibilities:
    • Act as a direct link between students/graduates and employers for successful job placements
    • Coordinate industry recruiters' visits
    • Support admissions team by arranging student seminars and job fairs
    • Assist in organizing school job fairs and hiring seminars
    • Help students with job applications and interviews
    • Ensure compliance with placement policies
    • Track employment applications
    • Provide guidance on interview techniques
    • Conduct all duties with honesty and integrity
    • Perform other assigned tasks
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience
    • Effective communication skills
    • Ability to interpret loan contracts
    • Physical, intellectual, and leadership capabilities
    • Positive attitude and adaptability
    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Review consumer background reports
