    CM Heating/AirPros USA is looking for a Inbound/Outbound CSR to join our team

    Must be personable and thorough with outstanding phone etiquette skills. Be able to effectively solve customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Always operate with our Core Values: Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Unity, and Service.

    Benefits:

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
    • Inbound Calls:
    • Answer questions the customer might have and schedule appointments for a salesperson or technician
    Outbound Calls:
    • Reach out to potential customers to determine their overall interest and eliminate customers who aren't interested in our services; take appropriate next steps
    • Follow communication "scripts"
    • Identify customer needs, clarify information, provide solutions and/or alternatives
    • Seize opportunities to up-sell products when they arise
    • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
    • Keep records of all conversations in our database
    • Meet personal and team targets
    Skills:
    • Previous experience in a customer support role
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone and verbal communication skills; active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
    • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
