    Sr. Director of Finance, GTM

    Our client, a leading digital analytics platform, is looking for a Sr. Director of Finance, GTM to join their team.

    LOCATION:
    San Francisco, CA. The finance team is typically in the office 1-2 days per week. They would also be open to a remote candidate

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Be the go-to person for our GTM Leadership Team, translating visionary ambitions into actionable, financially sound strategies.
    • Go beyond traditional accounting. Steer our budgets and forecasts as though you're actively shaping the future.
    • Rally and nurture a team passionate about our mission, geared for industry-leading performance. Your leadership will shape success.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced finance degree preferred.
    • 12+ years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning & analysis, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or technology companies.
    • Demonstrated experience partnering with GTM teams, showcasing your ability to collaborate effectively with our dynamic GTM team.
    • Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills, coupled with proficiency in SaaS metrics, financial systems, and tools.
    • Outstanding communication skills with an ability to convey complex financial concepts to a diverse audience.
    • Leadership skills with a track record of building and leading successful teams.

    COMPENSATION:
    Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure: $245K- $305K + bonus. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
