VIRELLA is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with a strong drive and sense of purpose. With a rich legacy spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry, leading the way forward. In this role, you will dive into understanding our client-servicing processes, catering to a diverse portfolio of 2,000 businesses. Your tasks will involve nurturing existing relationships, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and guiding a small team to achieve the same goals.
As you grow within the role, you'll master our systems and procedures, eventually transitioning into the coveted position of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.
