    Job Description

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children, individuals, and families.

    Schedule

    Our ideal candidate is available to work Monday thru Friday evening hours (2:00pm - 8:00pm) and Saturday and Sunday.

    Responsibilities

    This hybrid role offers a unique blend of flexibility and hands-on connection with clients both in-home and in-office. You will provide direct support to children, adolescents, and families facing challenges, identify and address their needs, and develop treatment plans to encourage self-regulation, independence, decision-making, and empathy.

    Requirements

    We are looking for passionate, empathetic professionals with a strong foundation in mental health and counseling. The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Masters degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
    • Current NJ license (LCSW, LPC, LSW, LMFT, LAC).
    • 2+ years of experience counseling children.
    • 3+ years of experience in mental health services.
    • Familiarity with DSM and ability to make sound clinical judgments.
    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
