We are seeking a professional like you to join our Performance Chemical Division and support our Fuel & Lubricant Solutions Americas team at the Florham Park, NJ site. In this position, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability solutions for our customers in the Fuel & Lubricant (F&L) Solutions business in the Americas. In addition to F&L, this position will focus on our Oppanol product line, which includes additional markets such as Confectionary, Construction and Packaging. We will rely on you to lead multiple Sustainability initiatives across businesses and functions while closely interacting with internal and external stakeholders to deliver profitable organic growth.

As a Sustainability Manager, You Create Chemistry By...

• Managing internal cross-functional networks/teams dedicated to driving new Sustainability growth opportunities for Fuels & Lubricants customers in the Americas, coordinating with the global F&L community.
• Developing and driving the execution of Sustainability initiatives by measuring outcomes and aligning with appropriate stakeholders.
• Understanding customer's Sustainability needs and matching them to BASF's solutions, with a particular focus on Fuel & Lubricant Solutions customer's requirements along the value chains.

• Have earned a Bachelor's degree or higher
• Have strong ability to influence without authority and possess exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Have strategic planning capabilities and strong business acumen.
