    Description


    Indirect Loan Processor at Idaho Central Credit Union in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, United States Job Description As an Indirect Loan Processor you will be responsible for processing applications from dealers and funding loans within the requirements of the loan policies established by the Credit Union.

    You will perform other clerical duties as assigned. + Prepare, Fund and merge loans. + Perform employment verifications/income verifications, ensure accuracy of loan contracts and make decision within limits.


    • File and organize all incoming and outgoing documents for example:
    Signature cards, applications, and contracts.

    + Maintain returned mail + Review received stipulations on loans, such as Proof of Residency, Proof of Paid Collection, etc.

    + Assist in Month end balancing and report preparation. + Participate in department and credit union projects that pertain to indirect funder duties. + Assist dealership personnel in completing loans with correct and accurate information. + Communicate and build relationships with dealership personnel.

    + Communicate over the phone issues or concerns with dealers as well as visit face to face to build working relationships + Review incoming contracts to verify required information is compliant with checklist.

    + Daily record keeping on incoming loans and allocating loans to the appropriate branch or department + Working knowledge of Word and Excel with the ability to write proposals and develop spreadsheets pertaining to department functions.

    + Assisting branch team members with member questions about funding issues. + Maintain department designated daily performance levels. + Maintain continual education through Green Team University + Other duties as assigned. Ability to cope with pressured situations. Knowledge of general lending policies. Understands Credit Union goals and objectives. Ability in math, 10 key, and computer. Ability to complete work accurately with minimal supervision. Must be detail oriented. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of Credit Union and member records at all times. Excellent communication and people skills.


    Performance Standard:
    Demonstrated cooperative and positive attitude toward dealers and other Credit Union staff. Professional in appearance, attendance, quality, and quantity of work performed. Self-motivated and takes steps to continually expand knowledge of financial industry.

    Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
