    As Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Stryker's Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) application which is used for reporting and forecasting. You will facilitate system changes, testing, and overall business support for BPC. You will work closely with immediate team members as well as the broader Stryker finance community, including the COE Financial Planning & Analysis team, to ensure the applications are meeting the evolving needs of the business.     This is a hybrid role with office days in Flower Mound, TX, both Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

    What you will do:

    • Be responsible for performing system preparation activities including month-end close preparation, opening system for projection and budget, and loading FX rates into the appropriate scenarios.
    • Source non-domestic data from HFM in order to populate BPC during close and projection cycles. This includes performing data reconciliation activities related to the transfer of actual and projected data between the applications.
    • Assist in the administration and maintenance of BPC which includes working with customers to determine necessary changes, partnering with the IS department to facilitate changes, and testing/validation of changes in Dev/QA/PROD environments.
    • Provide end-user support and troubleshooting data validation issues.
    • Take on ad hoc requests and project work as needed including developing best practices across the broader COE group, supporting system upgrades and implementations including Accelerate, and preparing ad hoc analysis as requested by management.
    What you need:
    • Bachelor's degree is required; degree in Finance, Accounting or IT is preferred.
    • 2+ years relevant experience is required
    • Must possess a strong background and understanding of financial statements and reporting and familiarity with US GAAP accounting
    • Strong proficiency with MS Excel required (Pivot Tables, V Lookups, etc.)
    Travel Percentage: 10%
